This weekend was a rainy one, which is pretty a typical for San Antonio. We Mammens are no stranger to the mud, however, because we've been living with a construction site for a backyard since December. As he walked to the car last week I told Zayd that he was not allowed to jump in the puddles but that as soon as we got back from the gym he be given free reign. The neighbors definitely thought I was crazy as my kids got muddy and disgusting in a puddle of dirty water but they had fun and that's what our ridiculously oversized shower is for.
