Zayd and I had a great day together this weekend at his chess tournament. He's such a big hysterical kid.

Sunday, we took the littles out to lunch and happened across a Santa look alike who was randomly handing out candy canes at Good Time Charlies.

"Have you been good?"

"Keep being good; I'll be watching!" (Hands out candy canes)

Zayd: "but not in as creepy way!"

Man, oh man. Santa didn't know what hit him.

This is Halloween

We enjoyed another fabulous Halloween last night. Zayd went as a character from fortnite, Omega, Zahra dreamed up a golden angel and we executed it together, and Ziyan was Captain America but wanted to have Hulk nearby (me!).

There's still a party yet to come, this Saturday, but the temperatures just keep getting colder and colder. So we knows how we'll dress!

And this year Zahra designed and cut most of her own Jack O'Lantern. The skull (ZZ) and the fire eyes (Zayd) we took from a template.
