If you are a person who reads this blog, then you know how I claim Zayd to be a perfectionist, and how Ms. E at Montessori couldn't agree more. Well, today he took it to a whole other level at tball.
First, on the first go around the bases, he smoked everyone. While all the other tots were trying to figure out where to go, he rounded bases like he has ever seen anyone play baseball, maybe like he was an avid enthusiast. Then... after about three laps, he refused to run them anymore. He'd shown us he could do it. He wasn't going to do it again. It was time for something new.
So some griping, and a few tears later came batting. Something new!
Oh. My. Seriously. Just watch the video. I guarantee you he will never miss the ball... or get on base.
Look at him go!! Hahahhaha. What a sweet boy he is. Very specific down to the "hitting" of the ball.
